Payment & Shipping Option

Orders will be sent out within 7 working days* after placing the order and confirming the payment. Delivery time may be affected due to public holidays and extreme weather. No further notice will be given regarding related delays. 

The products are delivered by the courier company to the specified address on the order from Monday to Saturday. (Business address will only deliver at working days*)

The scope of delivery is currently limited to industrial and commercial or residential addresses in Hong Kong and Macau (except for restricted areas).  

Orders will be delivered through SF Express, online shop provide shipping methods as follow:

1. Door-to-door delivery

2. SF Locker

3. SF store

Please ensure that the delivery address and consignee / receiver’s name provided are correct and complete. 

The estimated delivery time is for reference only and cannot be guaranteed to be completely accurate. 

Delays may be caused in the process due to issues with order processing, payment confirmation and delivery information.

Wacoal is not responsible for any delays.

After shipment, customer will receive email (with SF tracking number) Customer can use to track order or communicate with SF Express for any inquiry or change shipment details. Wacoal will not contact SF Express for customer. 

If customer choose SF Locker or SF Store pickup, customer will receive SMS from SF Express after package arrival. Please pickup accordingly.

*Self pick-up notifications for parcels will be exclusively delivered via app push notifications through official mobile application "SFHK App"

Overdue package or any changes of shipment may lead to additional charges. Wacoal will not be responsible for related charges.

Courier company may contact customer regarding shipment. Please be aware of related phone calls or messages after placing order.

For purchases over HK$500 (net amount), customer can enjoy free delivery once.

Less than HK$500 (net amount), customers need to bear the delivery cost as follow:

Hong Kong Local Delivery: HK$35

Delivery to Macau Area: HK$50
