We would like to inform you that starting from 1 April 2026, the store will undergo an operational change and will be fully managed and operated by Macau Yaohan Department Store.
As part of this transition, the shopping and membership arrangements will be updated as follows:

Effective from 1 April 2026, Wacoal Membership Programme will no longer be supported at Macau Yaohan:
• Wacoal membership points cannot be used
• Membership points cannot be accumulated
• Wacoal membership coupons cannot be used
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you wish to redeem or use your membership points or coupons, please do so on or before 31 March 2026 at our Macau store, or you may visit any Wacoal stores in Hong Kong. You may continue to check store information via the Wacoal Member App.
In addition, purchases made through the official Wacoal online store can be delivered to Macau, and membership points and coupons will continue to be fully supported.
